ASC1 being chefs with our farm foods.
30th May 2024
We have loved cooking with some of the foods we have been exploring from the farms.
We peeled and chopped a variety of vegetables and added hem with some stock to our soup maker, the soup was warm and delicious, perfect for a rainy May day.
We boiled eggs and used our cress and spring onions which we have been growing in our farm tray to make some egg and cress sandwiches.
We choose our favourite fruits and peeled and chopped them up to make a fruit salad with some fresh orange juice.
Cookery is always a favourite activity in our class and a chance for us all to experience some new flavours and tastes!
