We had great fun making a treat for someone special at home. We made 'fifteens.' This was a great opportunity to develop mathematical language. We had 'circle' and 'rectangle' biscuits, counted the cherries and cut them in half. Some great artwork was produced at our 'Valentines' drawing table. There were some fantastic pictures of what the children liked doing with their family and friends.
