This week our student teacher, Miss de Sousa, helped us investigate floating and sinking. We used different materials to build the boats. We made sure that it was a fair test by using the same size of paper/foil and same method of adding the mints to the boats. We tested the boats using mint imperials as weights! We learned that aluminum foil was the best material to build a boat - it held 120 mints before it sank!
