On Friday the 14th June, the primary 4 children were awarded medals at assembly from Mr McCreesh for competing in Sports Day.
To celebrate the Euros 2024, the boys and girls were divided into teams and every team was awarded points for competing in each event.
Portugal won first place. This team comprised of: Lilo, Benito, Mary, Malvina, William, Skyler, Dylan, Jenilson, Rossania, Requinlha, Brendan, Elfander, Noveldino, Roia, Tichya, Zenaide, Gerson, Clepson, Dyllan, Vania and Dina.
Ireland came in second place. This team comprised of: Jessica, Sienna, Hugo, Ainoras, Mary, Alexandro, Fabio, Mykole, Keila, Livanha, Danylson, Daniel, Deandra, Chloe, Kameja, Bona, Tiana, Danielis, Alex and Melania.
France came in third place. This team comprised of: Molly, Leo, Maja, Nilton, Luka, Amelia, Declan, Tyres, Ligia, Libania, Kelvin, Mason, Mirka, Hannah, Alana, Orestas, Ricardo, Edas, Jonas, Terry, Danielle and Goda.
Germany won fourth place. In this team there was: Nella, Alan, Kayla, Rejus, Greta, Tyler, Aaron, Lukas, Aronas, Neidas, Connor, Raphael, Anna, Diju, Ricardino, Tyler, Reyjes, Glaucia, Milada and Riquelme.
Spain won fifth place. In this team there was: Sophia, Pijus, Patricks, Caitlyn, Gian, Sandro, Michael, Manuela, Ashleigh, Holly, Jayden, Rachella, Keira, Marsel, Iara, Aprilyha, Ino, Nathan, Jeanne, Neticia and Dominykas.
