This week the children in Primary 5 explored 'Words on the Hill' on their trip to Ranfurly House. Peter Lant and Liz Weir facilitated a guided tour related to The Flight of the Earls and The Plantation of Ulster. The children participated in a writing workshop where they wrote poems based on the history and heritage of The Hill of the O' Neill. The children thoroughly enjoyed their trip and produced amazing poems.
